Hon. Daniel Suidani, former Governor of Malaita, Solomon Islands, and his policy advisor, Celsus Talifilu, were invited to Japan by the Indo-Pacific Strudies Group from October 1 to 16. We planned to summarize their visit and to thank all those who had cooperated and provided financial support for the trip.
However, after Hon. Suidani returned home, I was informed by a participant of the October 6 lecture held at the Parliament Members' Office Building that she had received a suspicious anonymous letter with a letter written by Palau's Ambassador Adelbai, which slandered me. The letter contained false information that I had made this invitation in my capacity as an advisor to the Palau National Security Office.
It appears that a suspicious person provided false information to Ambassador Adelbai, and Ambassador Adelbai was taken in. I am currently requesting the cooperation of Foreign Minister Hon. Aitaro and Ambassador Adelbai to provide me with the person who gave the false information and for the police to be notified about the suspicious letter.
Such gross misunderstanding and slander are an affront not only to myself, but also to the Indo-Pacific Studies Group, the host of the event, everyone who helped make this invitation possible, and above all, to Hon. Suidani and Mr Talifilu, who were here in Japan.

10月1日から16日までソロモン諸島、マライタ州前知事Daniel Suidani閣下と政策アドバイザーCelsus Talifilu氏をIndo-Pacific Strudies Groupが日本に招聘し、その総括と協力・資金援助を頂いた関係者にお礼の連絡をする予定でした。
しかし、Suidani閣下らの帰国後10月6日の議員会館で開催した講演館参加者から、パラオのAdelbai大使が書いた手紙と私を誹謗中傷する文書が添えられ匿名の怪文書が届いていること知らされました。私がパラオ国家安全保障局アドバイザーとして今回の招聘を行ったという虚偽情報が書かれています。
怪しい人物がAdelbai大使に虚偽情報を提供し、Adelbai大使は鵜呑みにされたようです。現在 Aitaro外務大臣、Adelbai大使には怪文書に関し警察に届ける情報として虚偽情報を提供した人物を教えるよう協力依頼をしています。
このような度を超えた誤解、誹謗中傷は私だけでなく、主催者のIndo-Pacific Studies Group、今回の招聘に協力いただいた皆様、何よりも来日いただいたDaniel Suidani閣下とCelsus Talifilu氏に対する冒涜です。
